ABOUT ME

Musician & Composer

Alexander is a composer and violist whose emotionally driven scores draw from a deep connection to acoustic instruments and a lifelong love of orchestral writing. His music is shaped by story, crafted to serve the emotional architecture of each project with nuance and dramatic clarity.

As a session musician, he has performed on some of the most recognizable scores in film, television, and video games, including Destiny 2 by Michael Salvatori, Metal Gear Solid V, Call of Duty by Harry Gregson Williams, Fargo by Jeff Russo, and Outlander by Bear McCreary.

After years of working behind the scenes on some of the industry’s most iconic scores, Alex now brings his voice as a composer to the forefront. His recent projects include original scores for short films and immersive media, with a focus on emotionally rich, character-driven storytelling.

Alex approaches each score as a collaborative partner, working closely with filmmakers to shape music that supports the narrative, heightens emotion, and deepens the audience’s experience.

Trained at both the New England Conservatory and Berklee College of Music, Alex built his foundation in the classical tradition before expanding into media composition. He currently serves as Principal Violist of the Pacific Northwest Ballet Orchestra and maintains an active career in chamber music.
